Glenn trained at Bristol and after moving to Cardiff, has been working as an actor, in theatre and television.
Recently, Glenn has been developing work as a writer, with work such as ‘Sawl yn Syrthio’ being performed at the National Eisteddfod and Chapter Arts Centre as part of 3D’s ‘Angel’ production in 2008. Now his biggest writing gig to date sees his first fill length play ‘ Wyneb Dros Dro’ developed into a touring production.
A regular on BBC Radio Cymru’s breakfast show’s slot ‘Byd yn ei le’ with Dafydd and Caryl, Glenn has also spent the past year as a presenter for Global Radio on the Heart FM network.
It’s been a busy couple of years as Glenn has also become a dad for the first time, Glenn is looking forward to continuing to develop his skills as a writer and working with 3D Theatre Company.

Despite living in Cardiff since the early 90's, I am still an Anglesey boy at heart! During my time as a student in Aberystwyth, I won the Drama Medal in the Urdd Eisteddfod, and I decided to try an earn a living as a writer. Through luck, I succeeded, and I have contributed to series such as Pobol Y Cwm (BBC Wales), Chwilio am Nefoedd (Ffilmiau Eryri), and Halen yn y Gwaed (Opus TV). Through my work as a Script Editor and a Producer on Pobol Y Cwm, I developed an interest in directing and I have worked as a director on series such as Gwerth Chwech (BBC Wales), Pobol Y Cwm (BBC Wales), Igi Tigi Bip a Bop (Avanti) and Gorsaf Hud (Ceidiog). The opportunity came about to direct a theatre production as part of 3D Theatre Company's 'Zufall' project in 2008, and since then I have directed numerous short plays for the company, including Lle Bu Dau (Lleucu Siôn), Sawl Yn Syrthio (Glenn Jones), and Heb Fwg Heb Dân (Dafydd Llewelyn). Wyneb Dros Dro is the first full length play for me to direct.

Shan has years of experience in the television world, ranging from organising audiences, research work, and production management, and over the years she has worked with many independent production companies, along with HTV and BBC. She does still work, occasionally, in this line on various productions.
Over the past six years she has been a part of the communications team at S4C - organising events, promotion tours, programmes and series, as well as being part of the small team responsible for the theatre tour of Sioe Nadolig Cyw (Cyw Christmas Show). During her time at S4C, Shan was respsonsible for organising all the events involved with the Calon Cenedl campaign for S4C.
More recently, she works part time for the Welsh Eisteddfod Society (Cymdeithas Eisteddfodau Cymru) as the Develpoment Office for South Wales. Because her work with the CEC is part time, she can involve herself with occasional or casual work like Production Manager for 3D Theatre Company - and she hopes greatly to work with the company again.

This will be her first professional design and she hopes to follow this with other creative work along side her work behind the prompt desk.
